The Trip

Gervasio had spent a decade living alone in Buenos Aires and felt that it was time to reconnect with his family who lived in Miami since 1993. But first he had to complete a dream that had been brewing since he was a kid: sailing the waters of the Atlantic to get to a new dwelling.

The following travel collection aims to witness this voyage that Gervasio and Eduardo took  aboard Tremebunda starting from the murky waters of the Rio de la Plata, and across the Atlantic to finally anchor definitely in the warm South Florida waters. The narrative takes us to relive those 95 days of travel, allowing  the reader to share the challenges they faced aboard the schooner . This is the story of that journey, to be read on  earth, sky or the high seas.
